SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Off Hours Social is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day execution of client social media accounts across the boutique hospitality and lifestyle space.

This role blends creativity and organization, and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about the way hospitality brands show up online. The ideal candidate possesses strong creative instincts, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to turn content into a recognizable brand presence while adapting across multiple client voices.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll support content creation and planning, scheduling, publishing, community management, and creative production across a small portfolio of hospitality-driven brands.

This is a collaborative, hands-on role within a growing creative studio environment. While this role is part-time to start, there is strong opportunity for growth into a full-time role for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Draft social captions aligned with established brand voice and creative direction

  • Assist with graphic creation in Canva

  • Pull and organize approved content assets

  • Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok

  • Contribute on-brand creative ideas and trend-driven recommendations 

Scheduling & Publishing

  • Schedule and publish client content using Sprout Social

  • Manage day-to-day publishing workflows

  • Ensure content is published accurately and on time

  • Support story posting and story management across accounts

Community Management

  • Respond to comments and direct messages

  • Manage story reshares and engagement support

  • Engage with relevant accounts and content on behalf of clients

Role Details

  • Part-time contract position

  • Salary based on experience (competitive)

  • Up to 10 hours per week with opportunity to increase

  • Flexible schedule with consistent weekday availability

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

  • 2-3 years of social media management experience (agency or brand side) 

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills

  • Ability to adapt between multiple brand voices and audiences

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience editing short-form video content using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
